1. All Sales Are Final

At Thirapns LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any purchases made on our website or through any authorized sales channel. By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

 Change of mind or personal preference

 Incorrect size or fit

 Color variations due to screen display differences

 Unwanted gifts

 Items purchased during promotional or sale events

 Jewelry, accessories, or intimate apparel for hygiene and safety reasons

3. No Refunds Issued

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including:

 Delayed delivery caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control

 Customer error in providing shipping address or order details

 Dissatisfaction with product after delivery

 Failure to read product descriptions, sizing guides, or policy terms prior to purchase

4. Exceptions — Defective or Damaged Items

The only exception to our no-refund, no-return policy applies to items that arrive demonstrably defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error or shipping mishandling caused by us. In such cases:

 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage, along with your order number.
