Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At THIRAPNS LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted for products sold through our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

THIRAPNS LLC is a Kentucky-based retailer offering clothing and apparel, jewelry, and cosmetics. We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations, but we understand that issues may arise.

2. Refund Amount & Format

Upon an approved return request, customers will receive a store discount code equivalent to 60% of the total order value paid. The discount code will be issued to the email address associated with the original order and can be applied toward any future purchase on our store.

The remaining 40% is retained to cover handling, restocking, and processing costs associated with the return.

Example: If your order total was $100.00, you will receive a discount code worth $60.00 to use on a future order.

Please note: Refunds are issued exclusively as store discount codes. No cash refunds or credits to original payment methods will be issued.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and discount code, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and undamaged.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

• The item must not fall under the Non-Returnable Items listed in Section 5 of this policy.

4. Category-Specific Return Rules

4.1 Clothing & Apparel

All clothing and apparel items are eligible for return provided they are unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, odors, or alterations. Items must be returned with original tags attached.

4.2 Jewelry

Jewelry items are eligible for return if they are in original, unworn condition with all original packaging (boxes, pouches, certificates). Customized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable once the packaging seal has been broken.

4.3 Cosmetics

For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products are only eligible for return if they are completely unused and sealed in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or partially used cosmetics cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or discount code issuance under any circumstances:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used.

• Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.

• Customized, personalized, or engraved products.

• Opened or used cosmetic products (unless defective upon arrival).

• Earrings and pierced jewelry with broken hygiene seals.

• Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a discount code equivalent to 100% of the order value, at our discretion.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to store@thirapns.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]".

• Include your full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

• Our support team will respond within 3–5 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• Ship the item(s) back using the address provided in our response. Do NOT ship items without receiving an RA number, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and issue your discount code accordingly.

8. Discount Code Issuance

Upon approval of your return, a store discount code worth 60% of your original order value will be sent to the email address on your order within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Discount code terms:

• Codes are single-use and valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

• Codes can be applied to any in-stock item across all product categories.

• Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

• Shipping costs are not covered by the discount code and will apply at checkout.

9. Exchanges

THIRAPNS LLC does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return per Section 7 and use your issued discount code to place a new order once it has been received.

10. Missing or Unreceived Discount Codes

If you have not received your discount code within the stated issuance period:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder, as automated emails may be filtered.

• Ensure the email address on your order is correct.

• If the issue persists, contact us at store@thirapns.com with your order number and return authorization reference, and we will resend the code promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

THIRAPNS LLC reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our store. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kentucky.
