1. Overview

At Thirapns LLC, we are committed to delivering your clothing, apparel, and jewelry purchases in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, rates, and other relevant information.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• All 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

• U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

• International destinations (select countries — see Section 7)

4. Domestic Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

The following shipping options are available for orders within the United States:

 

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

Economy shipping via USPS or UPS. Best for non-urgent orders.

 

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Faster delivery via UPS or FedEx. Recommended for time-sensitive orders.

 

Overnight / Express Shipping (1 business day)

Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST. Available on select items.

 

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and begin after order processing is complete. Thirapns LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

• Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders above a specified threshold (announced on our website or during promotions).

• Expedited and overnight shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

• International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

You may also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer support team.

7. International Shipping

Thirapns LLC ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for:

• All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

• Compliance with their country's laws and regulations regarding the importation of clothing, apparel, and jewelry.

Delivery timelines for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Thirapns LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at the email listed below. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order ships; however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Thirapns LLC is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.

We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier for lost or damaged packages. Where applicable, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
